As savvy consumers, patients expect technology to be both easy and enjoyable to use. Therefore, study sponsors and CROs should look to take advantage of the latest tools to ensure that a patient’s involvement meets their expectations, fits into their daily lives to the greatest extent possible, and is, overall, a rewarding experience.
