Plan, Track, and Refine




‘Eating healthy is easy’. This is a sentiment you are unlikely to hear from someone who is trying to change their eating habits. For most people, eating healthy requires a plan, the discipline, and the willingness to adapt to changing circumstances. Put simply, a great deal of thought and effort are required to see real and consistent results. Similarly, ‘managing enrolment is easy’ is not something you are likely to hear from a sponsor who has had issues in the past or is heading into a new therapeutic area. Much like eating healthy, enrolment requires sponsors and CROs to develop, track, and continually refine a plan to hit their targets and ensure the health of their trial.
