CSafe

CSafe

From one extreme to the other, CSafe™ can do what dry ice can’t.

CSafe’s AcuTemp RKN eliminates the risk of loss in transit and maintains all compliance requirements, without adding complex procedures and protocols to the process. We recognize that compromised cold chain air cargo can mean more than the loss of valuable products. It can also mean the loss of important business relationships. The AcuTemp RKN active pallet shipper equips you with the power to protect your sensitive shipments and prevent your company from experiencing these losses.

About us

Headquartered in Dayton, Ohio, USA, CSafe is a joint venture between AcuTemp® Thermal Systems and AmSafe®, Inc. With the combined expertise of the industry’s most innovative cold chain air cargo shipping companies, CSafe developed the premier cold chain management solution, the AcuTemp RKN.

Transport with confidence

The CSafe AcuTemp RKN active pallet shipper is the first EASA- and FAA-approved, compressor-driven refrigeration unit of its kind. Ideal for transporting pharmaceuticals, biomedical products, electronic devices and other perishable items, the AcuTemp RKN allows uninterrupted routing of shipments and maintains the internal temperature of the payload compartment in extreme or fluctuating ambient environments.

The AcuTemp RKN is designed to directly address your greatest challenges by providing superior temperature management. CSafe’s AcuTemp RKN maintains the required payload temperature in ambient temperatures as extreme as -30°C all the way to +49°C providing you with complete confidence when shipping your cold chain air cargo.

The hold time performance of the AcuTemp RKN is the result of sophisticated systems engineering that integrates ThermoCor® high-performance insulation and an internal data logging device for superior temperature assurance. The onboard data tracking device provides you with real-time shipment activity. The device records door openings and verifies that the cargo was maintained at the required temperature during transit.

The AcuTemp RKN cold chain management solution eliminates the results of poor packaging, the limitations of using dry ice and temperature excursions that could be experienced because of delays during transit.

EQUiP® Accreditation Program

The EQUiP® (Enhanced Qualified User Program) provides an educational training model to help companies meet our stringent compliance requirements. The EQUiP accreditation program is designed to accommodate the needs of organizations and individuals whether they operate in the Life Science, Freight Forwarder, Integrator or Airline environment. Individual accreditations of EQUiP training include EQUiP Operative, for individuals using the AcuTemp RKN regularly, and EQUiP Elite, for key individuals with exceptional industry expertise. Organizations can receive EQUiP Corporate accreditation. EQUiP accreditation is awarded after successful completion of a proprietary Web-based training and assessment by an authorized CSafe EQUiP representative. CSafe, LLC provides solutions for the temperature-sensitive air freight market. Its flagship product, the AcuTemp RKN, is the first and only active unit with approvals from the FAA, EASA, Transport Canada, Hong Kong CAD, IAA Irish Aviation Authority and Israel CAD. CSafe products are marketed through many global logistics partners and are designed to address the rigid requirements of the temperature-sensitive air cargo market. CSafe has an extensive global network of service centers. For more information, visit csafellc.com.

Advances and Progress in Drug Design

16-17 February 2015, Marriott Regents Park Hotel, London, UK

SMi are proud to present the 14th annual conference, Advances and Progress in Drug Design, taking place on 16th & 17th February 2015 in Central London.  Join us as we ask questions such as: What are the key challenges in biotherapeutics discovery? How have computational and predictive tools matured for the application of drug discovery? Are there novel ways to inhibit kinase targets? How can we successfully apply ligand-based and structure based computational approaches for the rational design of novel GPCR antagonists? What are the best approaches in building a robust technology pipeline for robust fragment based drug discovery?
