a simple exercise as every day millions of shipments move around the globe. All
shipments are delivered on time in excellent condition without any potential for
the quality of the product to be affected....this is the dream”.
If only it were really as simple as this: on time, all the time,
in the right condition, perfect, and no complaints about the
shipment ... just silence. The question is, does such a silence
mean that everything is perfect, or is there actually a hidden
nightmare waiting to happen or to be discovered? There are, of course, many excellent logistics companies
achieving an appropriate level of quality, and there are many
pharmaceutical companies that are... |
