Healthy Hiring

Ask any pharmaceutical or biotechnology company developing new products and they will say that the start-to-finish execution of a successful clinical trial is no simple endeavour. Hundreds of factors must be considered and thousands of individual tasks need to be coordinated – all within the confines of a complex web of legal mandates and compliance requirements. Failure to consider a number of not-soobvious factors could result in negative consequences on a trial, ranging from skewed results to unwelcome delays – in extreme cases, it could bring the trial to an abrupt halt.
