| Most proponents of the biotechnology industry in Europe are familiar with EuropaBio, either through direct membership or through their own national biotechnology industry associations like France Biotech, the BIA in the UK or the DIB in Germany. In fact, EuropaBio endorses the views of 23 national member associations, representing over 1,200 entrepreneurial companies at all stages of maturity, as well as 35 large corporate members and associate members from consultancies, the investment community and the legal profession. What they all have in common is an interest in the application and success of biotechnology in Europe - whether in health care, agriculture, food, industrial or environmental products or services. |
