PMPS: Would you say outsourcing in the pharmaceutical industry has increased? If so, why?

Jason Hibbs: As a supplier of warehouse temperature control systems, a growing number of temperature-controlled warehouses being commissioned by thirdparty logistics operators are being observed. This is a result of both pharmaceutical supply chain growth and companies switching from inhouse to outsourced fulfilment.
