The Health Revolution

Functional foods is one of the most challenging and exciting sectors in today's food and drink industry, successfully combining consumer interest in diet and health with the latest advances in nutrition. The functional foods market grows steadily each year, with annual growth rate estimates varying between eight and 14 per cent (1).
